  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure secure tracking of your parcel.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Cyrus tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our quality control team.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
